摘要
利用竹纤维编织板、玻璃纤维及不饱和聚酯树脂通过层压复合工艺制备具有轻质高强、耐腐蚀及环境适应性好等特点的竹塑复合材料。将竹塑复合材料板材按要求进行切割加工,然后采用胶铆混合连接工艺技术制造军用包装箱,有效解决原木质包装箱的诸多问题,提高包装箱的综合防护效果和环境适应能力,从而节约大量木材资源,实现环境友好包装目标。
Muhilayer bamboo and plastic composites were manufactured by using bamboo fiberboard, glass fiber, and unsaturated polyester resin, which have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistant, and better environmental worthiness. Military packaging box was made by using the composites with cementing and riveting processes. The bamboo and plastic composites military packaging box can avoid the problems caused by wooden boxes and improve their protection effects. This composites box is environmental friendly and can save a large amount of wood.
