摘要
隐喻是文学研究中的一个重要概念,也包括在普通语言学的句法研究中。从符号学的角度看,隐喻源于语言符号的相似性;从认知的角度看,隐喻则源于人类认识世界的顺序性和处理语言的关联原则。为了更深入地认识隐喻,有必要从符号学和认知语言学角度共同探讨隐喻存在的依据。
Metaphor is an important concept in literature studies, and in syntax studies in general linguistics as well. From the perspective of semiotics,metaphor stems from the iconicity of linguistic signs. From the cognitive linguistics, it roots in the sequence of recognizing the world and the relevance theory when conducting languages. On cognitive account, metaphor arises out of the order of understanding of the world by human beings and the relevance in dealing with languages. It is necessary to explore metaphor from the perspectives of semiotics and cognitive linguistics in order to study metaphor profoundly.
