摘要
DNA甲基化是表观遗传学修饰的主要方式之一,在基因表达调控中具有重要作用,肿瘤组织多有DNA甲基化紊乱,包括与细胞增生周期密切相关的癌基因低甲基化和抑癌基因高甲基化等。近年研究发现,胃癌相关基因甲基化与胃癌的发生有重要关系,具有作为胃癌诊断的分子标记和基因治疗靶点的潜在价值。
DNA methylation is one of the major ways of epigenetic modulation and it plays a critical role in the regulation of gene expression. Tumor tissue generally has aberration of DNA methylation, including hypomethylation of oncogene and hypermethylation of tumor suppressor gene, which are closely related with the cell proliferative cycle. Recent studies have demonstrated that methylation of gastric cancer-associated gene has close correlation with the genesis of gastric cancer, and has the potential value of being the molecular marker for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and the target of gene therapy.
