摘要
编辑在初审时对作者的身份、单位出处以及稿件是否受到项目资助等非质量信息存在不同程度的歧视。从心理学角度分析了产生这种现象的原因及弊端。呼吁编辑们应尽量避免这种现象的发生,还作者公平的发表成果的环境。
When first evaluating contributions by editors there exists discrimination on authors' identity, affiliation, as well as whether the contributions are from funded projects. From a psychological point, reasons and defects of this phenomenon are analyzed. This paper calls on that editors should try to avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon, and provide authors with fair environment for publishing.
