三联药液治疗糖尿病合并压疮的观察及护理

Observation and nursing of solution triad for the treatment of diabetes mellitus with pressure sore

目的:探讨胰岛素、碘伏、抗生素三联药液治疗压疮的效果。方法:选择糖尿病合并Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者26例,随机分为研究组和对照组。于治疗前两组均做压疮分泌物细菌学检验及药敏实验。研究组采用胰岛素、碘伏、抗生素三联药液治疗,对照组采用传统的抗生素治疗。结果:研究组有效率高于对照组。结论:三联药液治疗压疮,安全可靠,缩短了压疮愈合时间,提高了压疮的治愈率。

Objective： To explore the effect of solution triad （insulin, iodophor and antibiotic） with pressure sore. Methods： 26 patients with diabetes mellitus mergerd Ⅲ or Ⅳ--phase pressure sore were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Before administration bacteriologic check and drug susceptibility test of pressure sore were observed. Observed group treated with solution triad （ insulin, iodophor and antibiotic） and control group treated with traditional antibiotics. Results： The effective rate of the treat group is higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Solution triad is an effective and securit treatment to press sore, it can shorten the healing time and improve the cure rate.
