摘要
目的:通过标本条形码管理流程的使用,提高了中央运输的工作效率,减少了差错。方法:通过对采用条形码管理流程收集的住院病人的标本与采用传统管理工作流程收集的住院病人的标本进行分析比较。结果:每次收取标本的时间从2004年传统管理的26分钟减少到条形码管理2007年的13分钟,每天负责标本运输的人员从7人减少到5人,差错发生率从13件减少到4件,标本投诉从19件减少到5件,报告查询从64件减少到2件。结论:中央运输工作中使用标本条形码管理流程,提高了中央运输工作效率及医务人员的满意率。
Objective: To increase the efficiency of transportation and decrease errors by using bar code in specimen transportation. Methods: The specimens collected using bar code management procedure were compared with those collected using tradi- tional procedure. Results: The specimen collecting time was 13minutes using bar code in 2007, while that was 26minutes using traditional method in 2004. The number of person who collected specimen everyday reduced from 7 to 5. The number of error reduced from 13 to 4, the number of complain reduced from 19 to 5, the number of report inquest reduced from 64 to2. Conclusion: Using bar code in specimen transportation could increase the central transportation efficiency, and increase medical staff satisfaction.
