摘要
氯亚铂酸钾与甘氨酸在水溶液中合成了甘氨酸铂配合物。通过薄层色谱、差动热分析、红外、元素分析和体外抗癌活性实验对甘氨酸铂配合物进行了初步表征。
The glycin platinum complex were synthesized by potassium terachloroplatinate（K2PtCl4） with glycin in aqueous solution. The features of glycin platinum complex were marked with TLC, DSC, IR spectrum,elemental analysis and anticancer, activity external body test. The result indicated that the glycin platinum complex have some anticancer activity.
