摘要
研究了CuNi电触点材料在直流阻性负载条件下的电弧侵蚀特性、材料转移以及接触电阻。结果表明,CuNi电触点材料在电流I<14A时,材料由阴极向阳极转移;电流I≥14A时,材料由阳极向阴极转移。触点电弧侵蚀后的表面形貌发生明显变化,接触电阻值有不同程度的波动。
The electrical erosion performances, the material transfer and the contact resistance of CuNi electrical contact material was studied under the condition of different DC and resistance load. The results indicate that the amount and the direction of the material transfer are different with the change of the current: the transfer is from cathode to anode with current 〈14 A, and the transfer is from anode to cathode with current≥14A. The surface morphologies of contacts are change obviously, the contact resistance are unstable and change with the current value.
