5-羟色胺及其受体对胃肠功能影响以及临床用药的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 5-羟色胺(5-HT)既是一种单胺类神经递质,又是血管活性物质,具有多种生物学功能。目前已知5-HT受体(5-HTR)至少存在7种类型,与胃肠道功能密切相关的是5-HT1、5-HT2、5-HT3、5-HT4和5-HT7受体。这些受体除存在于胃肠平滑肌外.还存在于胃壁细胞、肠黏膜上皮细胞、肠肌间神经丛和嗜铬细胞(enterochromaffin cells,EC)上,对胃肠运动、感觉和分泌有十分重要的影响。近年来,随着5-HT受体拟似剂及拮抗剂的合成和发现.越来越多的研究表明5-HT及其受体参与胃肠道的众多生理功能调节及病理生理过程,5-HT及其受体研究已成为胃肠道生理及病理生理研究的新热点。
