摘要
物流服务外包是第三方专业物流发展的基本形式,是物流产业组织理论研究的重要内容。本文从物流服务外包概述、物流服务外包的市场化运作和物流服务外包的协调管理三个方面综合分析了目前的研究文献,重点是分析总结从物流服务外包市场的信息不对称的角度研究物流服务外包供应商与用户之间企业关系的成果,包括物流服务外包合约签订前的信息不对称导致的信号传递和信息甄别模型,签订后信息不对称导致的委托代理模型特别是多任务激励合约设计等,指出了一些可供深入开展的研究方向。
Logistics service outsourcing is a basic form of the third Party professional Logistics and very important content in logistics industrial organization theory reseach. This paper synthetically analyzes current literatures form three respects, a summary of logistics service outsourcing, market operation of logistics service outsourcing and coordination management of logistics service outsourcing. This paper focuses on analyzing and summarizing the research fruits of enterprise relationship between logistics service suppliers and customers under logistics service outsourcing market information asymmetry, including signal transmission and screening model which is caused by asymmetric information before signing logistics service outsourcing contract as well as principal-agent model especially multi-task incentive contract design etc. caused by asymmetric information after signing logistics service outsourcing contract. Finally, this paper points out the direction deserving further research.
