摘要
文章结合福建省农业科学院财务管理的创新和实践,从完善财务管理体系、加强会计监督、加大预算监督力度、发挥审计监督等几个方面加以阐述,目的在于探索在财政体制改革下农业科研单位财务管理的新机制和新方法。
Based on Fujian Academy of Agricuhural Sciences＇ innovation and practice in financial management, a new financial management mechanism for agricuhural research institutions under the background of fiscal system reform was explored in the paper, which including perfecting the financial management system, strengthening accounting supervision, budget supervision and audit supervision, etc.
