摘要
为探讨蝴蝶兰水培的可行性及其最适营养液配方,分析了5种配方营养液对蝴蝶兰幼苗生长的影响及根系的生长特性。结果表明:在水培条件下,蝴蝶兰根系能进行适应性生长,并保持正常的吸收功能。自制营养液IV中蝴蝶兰植株生长势最强,其大量元素配方为Ca(NO3)2.4H2O 354 mg/L+KNO3177 mg/L+KH2PO457.5mg/L+MgSO4.7H2O 185 mg/L。
In order to explore the feasibility of Phalaenopsis seedlings by water culture, and the op- timum nutrient formulation, the effects of five kinds of nutrient solution on the growth of seedlings and the developing characteristics of Phalaenopsis roots are analyzed. The results show that it is suitable for water culture of Phalaenopsis seedlings. The roots can carry out adaptive growth and keep normal uptake function. The best nutrient formulation for the water culture of Phalaenopsis is nutrient solution IV. The amount of macro-element in this nutrient formulation is Ca(NO2)2·4H2O354mg/L+KNO3 177mg/L+KH2PO457.5mg/L+MgSO4·7H2O185mg/L.
