摘要
国内鼓泡流化床(BFB)锅炉已基本消失,但在国外该燃烧技术正成为生物质及其它废弃物燃烧的首选。介绍了BFB锅炉燃烧生物质时的特点及BFB技术的新发展,并与循环流化床(CFB)燃烧技术进行了比较。综合分析和多个应用实例表明,BFB技术在分布式热电系统,特别是在生物质及废弃物的燃烧方面明显优于其它现有技术,经济和环境效益良好。在国内外实践的基础上,继续开发利用BFB技术符合我国的资源、能源和环境的可持续发展政策。
The bubbling fluidized bed(BFB)boilers have basically disappeared in China, but this combustion technology has already become the first selection for burning biomass and other waste solids at abroad. The features of burning biomass in BFB and new development of BFB technology have been presented,and a comparison with CFB combustion technology being carried out. The conprehensive analysis and practice in many projects show that the BFB technology is obviously superior to other existing technologies in dictributed thermo - electric system,especially in aspects of burning biomass and other waste solids,having good economic and environmental benefits. On the basis of practice at home and abroad,continuously developing and utilizing the BFB technology is a sustainable development policy conforming with resources,energy source,and environment in our country.
