摘要
以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,采用对羟基苯甲醛和碳酸二甲酯为原料,微波辐射下合成大茴香醛。考察了反应溶剂、功率、时间和催化剂对反应产率的影响。较适宜的条件为:对羟基苯甲醛10mmol、碳酸二甲酯100mmol、四丁基溴化铵1mmol、碳酸钾7mmol、二甲基亚砜10mL;反应功率680W,时间15min,产率为91.2%。并通过红外光谱和气质联用对目标产物进行表征。
Anisaldehyde was synthesized from p hydroxybenzaldehyde with dimethyl carbonate by microwave irradiation under phase transfer catalyst(PTC) tetrabutylammonium bromide,The effect of power, time, solvent and catalyst of reaction on yield were researched. The appropriate reaction condition were p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (10 retool), dimethyl carbonate(DMC)( 100 mmol), tetrabutylammonium bromide (1 mmol), potassium carbonate (7 mmol), dimethyl sulfoxide( 10 mL), the power of reaction (680 W), the time of reaction (15 min), the yied was 91.2%. The structure of anisaldehyde was identified by means of IR and GC-MS.
