针药并用治疗原发性痛经60例疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on 60 Cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated with Combined Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的观察针药并用治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组患者单纯采用针灸治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上配合温经散寒、活血通脉止痛中药治疗。结果治疗后对照组总有效率为70.0%,治疗为91.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后症状积分与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture and herbal medicine on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 120 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into two groups,60 cases in each one. In control group ,simple acupuncture was administered. In treatment group ,besides the therapy as control group,Chinese herbal medicine was supplemented for warming meridians, dispersing cold, activating blood circulation in meridians and stopping pain. Results After treatment ,the total effective rate was 70.0% in control group and 91.7% in treatment group, indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.01 ）. Compared with control group, the significant difference was presented in symptom integral after treatment in treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine achieves significant therapeutic effects on primary dysmenorrhea and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
