摘要
旋转嫁接机在其开发、设计和改进的过程中,按照人机工程学的原则,以人体测量学、心理学和生理学为依据,进行了作业姿势的选择、作业方式的确定和作业空间的布置,以及砧木夹与接穗夹等相关作业界面的设计。在提高机器安全性和可靠性的同时,也便于作业者方便、快捷与高效地作业,达到了高度的人机协调。
In the development, design and improvement process of the rotary grafting machine , according to the man - machine engineering principle, basic on the anthropometry, the psychology and the physiology, we choose the work posture, determine the work way, arrange the work space, as well as design man - machine interface such as the stock clamps, the scion clamps and so on . As a result, while enhancing security and reliability of the machine , it is advanta- geous for the workers to work conveniently, quickly and highly effectively , so it achieves the high man -machine coordination.
