信息时代的来临和知识经济的快速发展,对人们的素养提出了更高的要求。信息素养和知识产权素养应运而生。文章重点揭示了二者的复杂关系,并就两者的重要性提出了自己的观点。参考文献6。
The arrival of the ＂Information Age＂ and the rapid development of the knowledge economy set a higher requirement for people＇s literacy and the information literacy and the intellectual property literacy emerged.
