民国时期中医对“疫痉”病名的讨论

Discussion on Denomination of Yijing(疫痉) in Chinese Medicine during the Period of Republic of China

民国时期,疫痉多次流行于江、浙、沪一带,由于在当时是一种较新的疫病,出现了痉瘟、伏瘟、疫痉、流行性脑脊髓膜炎等多个病名,经过研究和探讨,多数中医认同了"疫痉"这一病名。即将出版的《中医内妇儿科名词》,将其首次规范。

During the period of Republic of China,Yijing （疫痉） had spread widely in the region of Jiangshu Province,Zhejiang Province and Shanghai City. Since it was a new pestilence, it had many new names at that time, such as Jingwen （ convulsive pestilence 痉瘟 ）, Fuwen （ latent pestilence 伏瘟 ）, Yijing （ pestilent convul- sion 疫痉）, Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis, DCSM （流行性脑脊髓膜炎）. Most doctors of Chinese medicine agree with the name of Yijing （ pestilent convulsion 疫痉）. For the first time, it is standardized in the forthcoming standard,Chinese Terms of Internal Medicine,Gynecology, Pediatrics of Chinese Medicine（ 《中国内妇儿科名词》）.
