摘要
我国养牛历史悠久，牛文化积淀丰厚。本文从牛的名称、牛的驯化和利用、相牛术、牛的饲养、牛政和牛事法令、牛崇拜及有关牛的雕塑绘画、字词诗歌等八个方面入手，系统阐述了牛的文化内涵。
China has a long and rich history in cattle raising.This paper systematically describes the cultural connotations about cattle from eight aspects of the name,demestication and use,appraisement,raising,laws and decrees,worship,sculptures and paintings,and words,phrases and peoms related.
