摘要
知识共享是知识管理的核心。从图书馆隐性知识的识别、挖掘与利用进行分析,并且分析了影响图书馆隐性知识共享的内外因素和存在的诸多障碍。提出了创建促进图书馆隐性知识共享的激励机制,建立学习机制,灵活交流的机制,知识共享文化创新机制等策略。
The knowledge-sharing is the core of the knowledge management. This paper makes an analysis of the recognition, mining and utilization of library tacit knowledge and probes into many internal and external obstacles. The incentive mechanism of library tacit knowledge, the establishment of the learning mechanism, flexible exchange mechanism and cultural innovation mechanism for the sharing of knowledge are advanced in the article.
