妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆内皮素、神经肽及瘦素含量的变化及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察正常非妊娠妇女、正常妊娠及妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者血浆内皮素、神经肽Y及瘦素含量变化并探讨其在妊高征发病过程中的作用。方法:运用放射免疫法检测非孕妇女(正常组,23例)、正常妊娠妇女(妊娠组,60例)及妊高征患者(妊高征组,66例)血浆内皮素、神经肽Y及瘦素的含量。结果:妊高征组血浆内皮素的水平明显高于正常妊娠组,差异显著(P<0.01)。而妊高征组神经肽Y的水平较高于正常妊娠组明显高于正常组,差异显著(P<0.01)。瘦素的水平在妊高征组明显高于正常妊娠组和正常组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:妊高征患者血浆内皮素、神经肽Y及瘦素含量上升,提示神经体液因素在妊高征的发病过程中发挥了一定的作用且瘦素与妊娠高血压综合征有密切关系。是引起妊高征病理生理变化的重要因素。 Objective:To dete. "mi. "ne the changes of plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY) ,endothelin. I(ET_I)and leptin contents in patients with pregnancy inducedhypertension(Pm)as well as to explore the role Of NPY Er--1 and leptin in thepathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods.. The plasma NPY ET_land leptin contents in 66 patients with Pm fPm group), 60 healthy pregnant women(Control group) and 23 nonpregnant women (Normal group) were assayed byradioimmunoassay. Results.. PIH group plasma endothelin levels, which wassignificantly higher than in normal pregnancy group,the difference was significant (P〈0. 01). PIH group and the level of neuropeptide Y, higher than normal pregnancygroup,significantly higher than the normal group,the difference was signifieant(P〈0. 01). Leptin levels in the study group was significantly higher than that of normalpreg- nancy group and the normal group, the difference was significant(P〈0. 05), Conclusions: PIH had increasing NPY, ET--1 and leptin production and releasesuggrests that the neurohumoral factor might play an important role in the Pathogeniemechanism of PIH
