摘要
确立了用色谱/质谱/质谱(GC/MS/MS)测定食品中胆固醇(cholesterol)的一种新方法。试样经乙酸乙酯提取后,GC/MS/MS测定分析,以胆固醇分子离子(m/z386)为母离了,以其子离子(m/z368、m/z301、m/z231)为定量分析的碎片离子。线性好,回收率高,方法可靠。
A new method was developed for the determination of cholesterol in food by GC/MS/MS. The cholesterol in sample was extracted with ethyl acetate. The determination was carried out using GC/MS/MS with molecular ion (m/z 386) of cholesterol as father ion and fragments (m/z386, m/z301, m/z231) as daughter ions for quantitative analysis. The method is of good linearity and high recovery.
