养育事件影响下幼儿园教师的自我发展策略探析

On Preschool Teachers’ Self-development Strategies under the Influence of Child-nurturing Incidents

摘要 养育事件是幼儿园教师在专业成长道路上经历的关键事件之一,由此可能带来的消极影响困扰着很多教师。幼儿园教师作为专业成长的主体。在任何时候都应明确自己的“主人”角色,把握自己的专业成长路向。幼儿园教师可尝试从自我认识、自我规划、自我援助三个方面掌握自我发展策略。 As one of the key incidents for preschool teachers' professional development, child-nurturing incidents may bring negative effects, which are distressing many teachers. However, as the subject of their professional development, teachers must be aware of their role, the controller of the direction in their development. And teachers could master the self-development strategies through self-recognition, self-planning and self-assistance.
