企业职工安全生产的博弈分析

Game analysis of corporation employees' safe production

为了解决企业的安全生产问题,基于动态经济博弈理论,构建了企业和职工间安全生产博弈模型,从经济学角度深刻地揭示了企业和职工从自身利益上是如何就安全生产展开博弈,分析了不同事故率下的Nash均衡条件,通过实证研究了企业与职工间安全生产动态博弈过程,得到了企业安全生产制度加强和安全生产可行性评估的临界点,并就不同的生产事故率,提出了相应的对策。

Based on dynamic game theory, a game model of safe production was established of security production between corporation and employees in order to improve corporation＇s safe production. Through establishing and analyzing the game model of safe production between corporation and employees, it was revealed deeply that how the corporation and employees treat security production on one＇s own interests in terms of economics. The condition of Nash equilibrium was analyzed according to different accident rates. The game process between corporation and employees was studied through an example. The critical points of regulations strengthened and feasible evaluation about corporation security production were obtained from game model. Many countermeasures are proposed to avoid corporation safe production problems for different production accident rates.
