摘要
以Tween 80为分散剂,分别以丙烯酰胺和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为单体和交联剂,采用凝胶注模工艺,经过1000℃的埋碳烧结工艺,分别制备了掺杂SiC的中间相碳微球凝胶注模素坯和烧结体.研究SiC加入量对素坯和烧结体的影响.结果发现,当加入w(SiC)达到15%时,SiC具有明显的催化石墨化的效果.
Using Tween 80 as dispersant, acrylamide as monomer, bisacrylamide as crosslinking and SiC as dopant, mesocarbon microbead (MCMB) green bodies were prepared with geicasting and sintered bodies at 1 000 ℃ in carbon embedding condition. The effect of SiC dopant on microstructure of MCMB green and sintered bodies was investigated. The results show that the effect of catalytic graphitization with 15% SiC is apparent.
