苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压晨峰患者颈动脉IMT的影响及降压疗效

The effect of levamlodipine besylate on carotid artery intima-media thickness and blood pressure control in patients with blood pressure morning surge

目的观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压晨峰(MBPS)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响和降压疗效。方法经动态血压监测筛选出MBPS高血压患者137例,给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,进行动态血压监测、颈动脉超声检查,评价治疗前后颈动脉IMT和血压变化情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后颈动脉IMT、诊室血压及24 h动态血压水平均明显降低。结论长期应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗MBPS高血压患者,不仅可以有效降压而且有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。

Objective To observe the effect of levamlodipine besylate on carotid artery intima-media thickness （IMT） and blood pressure control in patients with blood pressure morning surge （MPBS）. Methods A total of 137 patients with MPBS were selected by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The patients took orally levamlodipine besylate for 6 months, then the chang of carotid artery maxima IMT blood pressure in prior treatment and post-treatment was observed. Results Carotid artery IMT, blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of patients in post-treatment were lower than those in prior-treatment. Conclusion Taking orally levamlodipine besylate tablets in long term can control blood pressure and be antiatherogenic.
