摘要
我国建设节约型社会的步伐不断前进,对建筑业的资源消耗也提出了新的要求.而钢筋作为建筑结构中的主要钢材消耗品,如能在保证结构安全的情况下有效的减少用量,将会产生巨大的经济和社会效益.本文对我国钢筋产品及钢筋技术标准的历史发展进行了系统性的回顾,从强度等级、延性、可焊性及化学成分和检验规则4个方面比较了国内外钢筋技术标准.通过对比,研究了高强钢筋在我国的推广和应用价值,建立了高强钢筋应用的节能模型,并对高强钢筋在我国应用的经济和社会效益进行了估算.
With the development of society, there are new requirements for energy consumption. And the reinforcing steel is the major consumption in the construction. If the safety can be assured under the minor steel usage, it will have great economic and social benefits. The paper reviews the development of the reinforcing steel products and the standard of the reinforcing steel systemic, compares Chinese technology reinforcing steel standard with the international standard: the degree of strength; ductility;chemical compound;inspecting rules. Through analysis, the paper studies on the growth of the high-strength reinforcing steel in China, builds the model of saving energy by using the high-strength steel. At last, the paper evaluates the economic and social effects by adopting the high-strength steel in China.
