蜂胶黄酮苷的酶解及酶解产物的抗氧化活性 被引量:1

摘要 蜂胶是自然界中总黄酮含量最高的天然物质之一,但蜂胶黄酮多以黄酮苷形式存在,黄酮苷不能被人体直接吸收,生物利用率低,抗氧化性明显低于苷元型黄酮。本文从蜂胶黄酮的结构和酶解方法的优越性等方面入手,探讨了利用酶法水解蜂胶黄酮苷提高其抗氧化活性的可行性,认为酶法水解蜂胶黄酮苷,将其转化为苷元型黄酮,可大大提高蜂胶黄酮的抗氧化能力。 Propolis is one of the natural substances with highest total flavones content, but most of the propolis flavones exist in the form of flavone glycoside. Flavone glycosides can' t be absorbed directly by the human body, so the biological value is low,and the antioxidation is obviously lower than that of flavanone. In this article,we discussed the feasibility of improving the antioxidation of propolis flavones using flavone glycosides from aspects of propolis flavone structure and the superiority of flavone glycoside method. We considered that the antioxidation of propolis enzymatic hydrolysate can be greatly improved by enzyme hydrolyzing.
