摘要 子宫内膜息肉是最常见的子宫内膜病变之一,在不孕方面的可能影响得到高度关注,诊断率逐渐提高。临床表现可为子宫不规则出血,或月经量多、不孕、绝经后出血等,也可无明显症状。目前认为其发生可能与子宫内膜局部增生、凋亡失衡以及雌、孕激素受体表达等有关,但确切机制仍有待探讨。雌、孕激素受体、他莫西芬等药物、细胞因子、遗传因素对子宫内膜息肉均有影响。 Endometrial polyps(EP) is one of the most common endometrial diseases,the possible influence on infertility has been paid high attention ,and the diagnosis rate is rising. The clinical manifestations include irregular uterine bleeding, large menstrual blood volume, infertility, postmenopausal bleeding, and symptomless. The accurate mechanism remains unclear. The possible causes include partly endometrial proliferation,apoptosis disequilibrium, expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor. The estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor,Tamoxifen,cytokine and genetic factors can influence the progression of EP.
