Artistic Design and Application of an Innovative Framework for Surgical Nurse Department of General Hospital

目的探讨一种大型三级甲等医院新型手术室护士组织结构图的设计方法及其应用。方法采用形象化的平面传媒表达形式,将每名护士照片、姓名设计成一片绿叶,整个护理团队由绿叶(护士个体)、树枝(专业护理组)、树干(管理结构)组合而成一棵大树形象,张贴于手术室人员流动集中地点。结果各手术医生可瞬间获得有关手术室护理团队的准确信息,迅速了解护理整体结构以及每个护理人员情况,增进手术室护理团队与多科室的协作、了解,工作配合更加默契。结论该新型组织结构图既符合实用要求,又符合美学原则,制作过程简单,应用效果满意,具有推广价值。

Objective To design and evaluate the result of an innovative organizational chart for surgical nurse department in a teaching tertiary general hospital. Methods Processed by the illustrative print media,this new design used a tree structure to visualize the entire nursing framework, where an individual nurse was represented by a piece of green leaf with name and photo,amedical care group was shown as a branch and a management team was indicated as the trunk of the tree. The tree structure chart was posted in areas with high staff flowrate. Results The surgeons were easily to obtain the whole nursing team structure and the detailed individual information. Therefore,it helps to improve the efficiency as well as the communication and co-operation between the nurse team and other departments. Conclusion This new type of organizational chart design has proved to be practical, comprehensive,aesthetic and easy to be implemented, and should be widely adopted in hospitals.
