摘要
一种属于哌嗪二酮类衍生物的抗癌新药—丙双吗啉(AT_(2153),MST_(-02))是由任云峰等合成的,它对多种肿瘤有显著作用,对小鼠肉瘤S_(37)也有辐射增强作用。本工作利用细胞集落形成技术,研究丙双吗啉对乏氧条件下离体培养的人肺腺癌细胞系(SPC-A-1)的辐射增敏效应,在药物浓度为0.1mmol dm^(-3)时,增敏比(SER)为1.22,C_(1.6)值为0.29m mol·dm^(-3)。丙双吗啉是一种具有潜在能力的辐射增敏剂。
A new antitumour agent of diketopiperazine derivative, dl-1,2-bis(4-morpholinemethyl-3, 5-dioxopiperazin-1-yl)propane (AT 2153, MST-02) was sy-nthesized by Y. F. Ren et al. It exhibited significant activities against several kin-ds of cancer and radiopotentiating effect on Sarcoma S37 in mice. The radiosensitizing effect of AT 2153 was studied with hypoxic Human LungAdeno-carcinoma cell line SPC-A-1 in vitro. Using colony-forming technique. itsSER is 1.22 at the concentration of 0. 10 m mol dm^(-3), and the C 1.6 is 0.29 m moldm^(-3). It might be a potent radiosensitizer.
