摘要
为改变只通过数值结果的直观解释来归纳成形过程中的变形规律以及指导叶片板坯设计和工艺参数的常用模式,针对叶片热模压成形过程,采用数值模拟的方法,提出将成形温度、成形速度及摩擦因子作为设计变量。采用全面实验法的析因试验设计,利用DEFORM有限元分析平台,结合统计分析来进行研究的技术路线。依据方差分析所获取的结论不仅与由金属塑性成形力学得来的推论相符,而且在数值表征上更为明显,是一种从定性分析转向定量分析的方法。
To change the induction of deformation regularity, which is simply based on intuitionistic explanation to those figures and results in formation process, as well as to guide the blade blank design and the common mode of technology parameter, aiming the formation process of blade pressure forging and using simulation method, the forming temperature, forming speed and friction factor were pointed out as design variable figures. Using factorial experiment design of comprehensive test and DEFORM finite element analysis platform, combining with the statistical analysis, the technical route has been studied. Test result of analysis of variance is , not only matched the deduction from metal ductility shaping force, but more apparently presented in figures. It is a quantitative analysis way came out of a nature analysis way.
