Provincial Comparison on Science and Technology Innovation Ability of Higher Education Institutions of China

摘要 本文应用2000~2006年《高等学校科技统计资料汇编》和《中国教育统计年鉴》提供的中国大陆各省区(除西藏、青海、宁夏三省区外)高校科技活动相关数据,应用扩展的知识生产函数法探讨了影响各省区高校整体科技创新能力的决定要素;利用多元线性回归方法计算了各省区高校知识创新能力、技术创新能力各项分指数和综合指数,比较了各省区高校的科技创新能力及其发展趋势,并在此基础上提出了优化高校科技资源配置、提高高校科技创新能力的对策建议。 Based on the data of the science and research activities of higher institutions in each province in China provided by Comprehensive Statistics on College S&T Resource (2006 - 2008) and China Education Statistical Yearbook, this paper employs the method of extended knowledge production function to explore the crucial influencing factors of science and technology innovation ability of provincial higher education institutions Then, it employs the methods of multi linear regression to figure out the science and technology innovation ability index of higher education institutions of each province in china. Besides, it makes the provincial comparison of the development trend of science and technology innovation ability of the higher education institutions according to the index. Finally, it provides countermeasures to optimize the resource collocation to improve the science and technology innovation ability.
