摘要
研究了基于智能CAD系统自顶向下的产品建模方法,以胶印机凸轮连杆机构为例,以变量设计技术为基础,建立了该机构的概念模型、装配模型和零件模型。不仅实现了运动仿真、结构仿真和工作点运动规律的输出,而且,通过模型与变量、变量与变量之间的关联,建立了它们之间的设计参数双向传递机制,实现了三种模型的联动设计,为并行设计创造了条件。
Top down method of product modeling based on intelligent CAD system is researched. As an example, on the basis of variable design, the concept model, assembly model and part model for cam parallel rod mechanism in printing machine are set up. The simulation of concept model and assembly model can be made. The motion curve of working point can be obtained. And more, the relationship between model and variable, or variable and variable can be built, the design parameters can be transferred from model to variable, or vice versa, or variable to variable, Therefore, the associated design of concept model, assembly model and part model is realized. It will contribute to concurrent design.
