摘要
制备了利用厚度剪切压电效应的22型压电复合材料,测试了在电场作用下压电复合材料的变形特性,初步研究了不同参数对压电复合材料变形性能的影响。结果表明:(1)由于柔性聚合物的加入,压电复合材料的变形性能得到了大幅度的提高;(2)随着PZT体积份数的增大,压电复合材料的变形量增大,直至达到最大,随后则随着PZT体积份数的增大而下降;(3)PZT单元的尺寸越小,压电复合材料的变形量越大。
The 2-2 type piezoelectric composites using thicknessshear mode have been prepared. The deforming properties of the piezoelectric composites have been measured, and the effects of the volume percentage and size of PZT on the deformation of the piezoelectric composites have been also studied. The results show that the deformation of the piezoelectric composites rises greatly due to the addition of the flexible resin, and that the amount of the deformation of the piezoelectric composites increases to the maximum, and then drops sharply with the increase of the volume percentage of PZT, and that the smaller the size of PZT is, the more the amount of the deformation of the piezoelectric composites is.
