Clinical Experience of Professor Zhao Jianguo's Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis by Stages

对于周围性面瘫的治疗,赵建国教授采用分期辨治在临床上取得了良好的治疗效果。现主要介绍其在周围性面瘫的急性期、静止期、恢复期的治疗采用相应的激素疗法及中药辨证施治的临床经验,并探讨针刺疗法的采用与否及针刺时机的选择。

For the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,Professor Zhao Jianguo treating the patient by stages and made a good therapeutic effect. This article introduces Professor Zhao Jianguo＇s clinical experience in treating peripheral facial paralysis in the acute stage, resting stage ,restoration stage adopt the corresponding hormone therapy and Chinese medicine treatment according to differentiation of syndromes sumptoms and signs,and explore whether adopting the acupuncture therapy and the timing choice of acupuncture.
