To a great degree, the product economic effect is dependent on the rod process in the lead brass wire production. The paper compares the advantages and shortages of various brass rod processes, and points out a complete new process, that is, continuous casting and rolling, and analyzes the reasons not to be developed and researched at home and abroad. This paper provides a feasible process and regulations for the lead brass wire production industry.
