摘要
近年来,我国国家助学贷款逐渐出现了贷款回收率低、违约率高等问题,这些问题与当今大学生诚信缺失有一定的联系,但是并非唯一原因;本文认为导致国家助学贷款回收率低、违约率高的另一重要原因在于贷款回收制度。通过研究大学生信用卡透支消费额回收制度,对国家助学贷款的回收方式提出了一些建议。
recently, the low recovery rate and the high default rate have happened in our national student loan. One rea- son is the dishonest of college student, but this is not the only reason. This paper believes that the recovery method is another important reason of this problem. Through the study on the recovery methods of the college student credit card, this paper puts forward some recovery methods of national student loan.
