摘要
30年的改革开放,中国青少年心理健康教育从无到有、从小到大、由下而上地发展壮大。回顾中国青少年心理健康教育的历史,分析存在的主要问题,揭示未来我国青少年心理健康教育的发展趋势:以点带面,使心理健康教育的内容、范围、模式不断扩大,促进心理健康教育的繁荣;整合各方面力量,系统培训心理健康教育教师;加强宣传和普及活动,消除对心理健康的误解;加强对外交流,注重心理健康教育的本土化。
Chinese youth mental health education has been developed and expanded from small to large, from bottom to up. To review the history and analyze the main problems can discover the trend in the future. The content, scope and model of mental health education should be enlarged and expanded to promote the prosperity. Mental health education teachers should be trained. At the same time, propaganda and populations should be carried out to remove the misunderstanding of mental health. The communication should be strengthened to focus on the localization.
