摘要
网络经济的发展造就了市场和客户对商业银行服务的新需求,国有商业银行站在崭新的历史起点,如何借助渠道管理,加快提升核心竞争力,成为其面临的主要挑战。商业银行通过明确客户渠道的归属、明确渠道重点运营的业务、明确网点渠道战略、明确电子渠道战略和明确客户经理渠道战略,可以强化渠道资源的优势,全面提升金融服务能力、金融创新能力和持续盈利能力,显著提高核心竞争力。
Rapid development of the Internet economy has created new demand of markets and clients for commercial banks.Standing at the new historical starting point,it has become the main challenges for commercial banks to accelerate its core competitiveness through channel management.Through locating different client channels,determining the key transactions in these channels,clarifying strategies for service-point channel,defining strategies for electronic banking channel,and producing strategies for client manager channel,commercial banks can improve its channel management,fully enhance financial service ability,financial innovation ability and sustainable profit-making ability so as to greatly increase its core competitiveness.
