Thirty Years of Chinese Enterprises' Reform and Development:Experience and Problems——A Summary of "The Proseminar of Theory and Practice on Thirty Years of Chinese Enterprises' Reform and Development and The Chinese Institute of Business Administration

本次年会以中国企业改革发展30年为主题,对国有企业和民营企业的发展历程进行了回顾与分析,展望了未来的发展方向。与会代表总结了国有企业改革经验,分析了当前面临的主要问题和未来改革的重点领域;针对今年民营企业特别是民营中小企业出现的经营困境,从多方面探讨了原因,并提出一些解决办法。

The subject of this conference was thirty years of Chinese enterprises＇ reform and development. The topics included the development process and the future development direction of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. Representatives summarized the reform experience of state-owned enterprises, analyzed the main problems they were facing currently, and figured the important issues of future reform. Aiming at the operating difficulties of Chinese private enterprises especially medium and small-sized ones, representatives also discussed reasons from various aspects, and offered some proposals.
