An Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Coaches From High-level Sports Teams In Colleges And Universities In Anhui Province

通过对安徽省高校高水平运动队的教练员的年龄、职称、学历、执教年限、运动实践经历以及教练员的专职化几个方面进行调查并予以分析,根据调查与分析的结果提出解决或改善的方法,为安徽省高校高水平运动队的发展提供一些依据与参考。

The paper deals with some investigations and analysis anlong cckaches from high- levd sports teams in colleges and universities in Anhui. It contains their ages, academic titles, educational backgrounds, length of service as a coach, sports practice and their sole duties. According to the results, the author puts forward some ways to resolve the existing problems in order to provide some references for the development of high- level sports teams from Anhui colleges and universities.
