摘要
目的:分析外科抗菌药的应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:调查我院外科2006年6月～2007年12月住院病历1417份,进行统计分析。结果:1417份病历中,存在不合理应用抗菌药的病历共310份,占24.2%。抗菌药不合理应用的问题有:预防性用药时间长、预防性用药时机选择不当、给药方案不当、经验性用药多及标本送检率低等。结论:医院应加强对抗菌药应用的管理。
Objective： To analysis the usage of antibaeterial drugs in surgery for improving the rationality of elinical drug-use Method： At total of 1417 in-patient medical records in surgery of our hospital during June 2006 to December 2007 were investigated The statistic analysis was conducted. Result： Among 1417 medical records, 310 medical records showed the non-rational application of antibacterial drugs, accounting for 24.2%. The major problems of non-rational usage of antibacterial drug were long duration used antibacterial drugs for prevention, wrong time of preventive usage in perioperative period, wrong method in the usage of antibacterial drugs, excessive usage according to experience and low etiology examination. Conclusion ： It is necessary to strengthen the management of antibiotics usage in hospital.
