摘要
由于输电网和配电网在电力系统中承担的任务不同,因此对其性能的要求是有区别的。同时,电网从时间的角度可划分为规划和运行二个阶段,规划和运行阶段可以获得的用于分析计算的数据信息不同,因而其评价指标或指标的计算方法也会存在差异。据此本文提出将电网评价指标按输电网和配电网分成二大类,然后在二大类内部按规划和运行二个阶段作进一步划分,构建了输电网规划评价指标体系、输电网后评估指标体系、配电网规划评价指标体系、配电网后评估指标体系等四个系列的电网评估指标体系框架,并给出了各个体系的具体指标。
Transmission network and distribution network in the power system play different roles, so they should have different performance. Power networks can be divided into planning stage and operation stage in accordance with the time, and the information gotten in planning and operational stage is different, thus the evaluation indexes and/or evaluation method are different in the two stages. In this paper, power network evaluation indexes are divided into two major categories according to transmission network and distribution network, and in two major categories, the evaluation indexes are made further division according to the planning stage and operation stage, then a power network evaluation index system framework, which includes transmission network planning evaluation index system, transmission network after the evaluation index system, distribution network planning evaluation index system, and distribution network after the evaluation index system, is formed. And the indexes are given for the four evaluation index system.
