摘要
水煤浆是近几年发展起来的一种新型液态煤基代油燃料,并成功地用于电站锅炉和炉窑代油燃烧,但是将水煤浆用于中小锅炉代煤燃烧却研究甚少.针对2791kW(4t/h)链条炉燃烧水煤浆进行了讨论,研究了不同比例水煤浆和煤的掺烧工况,得出了以一定比例的水煤浆与煤混合掺烧可以达到节煤降耗,提高锅炉的燃烧效率和热效率.
Water coal slurry is a new type of liquid coal which is developed in recent years and used to replace some oil as in a power station. The water coal slurry used in a chain boiler of 2791kW is discussed and the burning performance of the water coal slurry with different ratios of the slurry to coal is studied. The conclusion is obtained, that for a certain ratio of the slurry to coal, it can decrease the coal consumption and raise the heat efficiency.
