金属注射成形石蜡基粘结剂体系的性质 被引量:3

摘要 采用石蜡作为粘结剂第一组元,选择不同种类的聚合物作为第二组元,对几种石蜡基粘结剂和喂料的密度、表面张力、润湿角、热容、熔点、粘度、热解行为等特性进行了研究,探讨了粘结剂体系的各种性能及其性能与组成的关系,这对于粘结剂的设计和开发具有重要的意义. おaking wax as first component and choosing various polymers as second component,several waxbased binders were prepared.The density,surface tension,heat capacity,melting point,viscosity and pyrolytic behavior of binders and feedstocks were studied.The properties of binder system and the correlation of properties with composition of binder were investigated.It is very important to the design and development of new binder system.
