摘要
评述了国内外7xxx系铝合金的研究及工业应用概况,讨论了热处理工艺对7xxx系铝合金微观组织与性能的影响,介绍了相关的表征技术。针对目前7xxx系铝合金在研究以及产业化应用中存在的问题,指出实现7xxx系铝合金的高强、高韧以及低应力腐蚀(SCC)敏感性将成为今后研究和开发工作的主要方向,并提出了具体的建议。
The progress of the research and application of 7xxx series aluminum alloys is reviewed. The effect of the heat treatment technology on the microstructure and properties of 7xxx series aluminum alloys are discussed, and the corresponding characterization technique is introduced. It will be the main research aspect to realize the highstrength, the high-toughness and low SCC susceptibility of 7xxx series aluminum alloys. Finally, some specific suggestions for the future research and development of 7xxx series aluminum alloys are proposed, based on the existing problems in the present research and application.
