糖尿病下肢血管病变彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

Clinical diagnosis application of color doppler ultrasound on lower limbs' angiopathy with diabetic patients

目的评价彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病(DM)下肢血管病变(LEAD)的诊断应用价值。方法DM患者106例与100例同期健康志愿者进行下肢血管彩色多普勒超声检查对照。结果糖尿病组106例患者,发现100例下肢动脉有不同程度粥样硬化改变,检出率为94.3%。糖尿病组的血管内径较对照组明显减低;血流量亦较对照组减低。结论彩色多普勒超声是DM患者下肢血管病变检查的有效手段,对早期诊断、预防及治疗具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluation the diagnosis application value of color doppler ultrasound on lower limbs＇ angiopathy （ LEAD ） with Diabetic Patients （DM）. Methods Medical check up on lower hmb angiopathy through color doppler in the 106 cases who have been already diagnosized with dialers in contrast to 100 healthy volunteers. Results It is found out that 100 （93.5%）out of the 106 diabetes mellitus patients had a theresclarerosis with Various severity, The vessel inside＇ s diameter of diabetes group was narrower than the control group, and the blood stream＇ s quantity of diabetes group was more decrease than the control group. Conclusion Color doppler can not only provide information on site and severity of low extremity arterial diseases but also provide reliable evidence for the diagnosis on the diabetes mellitus patients in the early stage of arterial disease with clinical symptoms.
