钢表面ZrO2陶瓷纳米等离子喷涂 被引量:2

摘要 采用等离子喷涂技术在20Cr钢表面等离子喷涂纳米ZrO2涂层,并用1Cr18Ni9作中间梯度涂层,用以制造特殊管状绝热体.利用SEM方法研究了梯度涂层的结构和显微组织,通过摩擦磨损试验对涂层的耐磨性能进行了分析,用热震法研究了涂层和基体的结合力,并用有无热障涂层的箱体进行实际模拟对比试验,测试了涂层的隔热性能.研究结果表明,ZrO2纳米陶瓷层和1Cr18Ni9梯度层可以形成良好的机械结合;喷涂后的试样表面显微硬度显著提高,耐磨性比GCr15轴承钢提高2.84倍;纳米陶瓷梯度涂层使20Cr钢的隔热性能和抗高温氧化性能显著提高. The Nano-Zirconia Coating with a gradated coating 1Cr18Ni9 on the 20Cr steel surface is made with plasma spraying technique with the purpose of producing special pipe insulant. The microstructure of the nanostructured coating is investigated with SEM, and its wear resistance is analyzed with a friction test, the strength of combination between the coating and the base material is studied in the method of thermal shock, the heat-shielding performance of the coating is tested with a closed container with Nano-Zirconia Coating in contrast to one without coating. The results show that the Nano-Zirconia Coating and the gradated coating 1Cr18Ni9 are in close association with each other; the micro-hardness value of the plasma sprayed specimen is significantly improved and the wear resistance is increased by 2.84 times compared with GCr15 steel; both the heat-shielding performance and the high-temperature anti-oxidation performance of the 20Cr Steel are remarkably enhanced by the Nano-Zirconia Coating.
