摘要
基于对广州旅行社9个岗位员工职业能力问卷调查的分析,得出结论:在设计专业课程的课时量时,可根据广州旅行社的行业需求,适当增加与培养专业核心能力及岗位迁移能力有关的课程及课时量,并根据各岗位职业能力的关联性重新构建专业课程。
Based on questionnaire survey on 9 post professional abilities in Guangzhou travel agencies,the essay concluded that:in the design of professional curriculum hours,the courses and curriculum hours related to cultivation of core specialty abilities and post transference abilities can be increased ac-cording to the demand of Guangzhou travel agency industry,and specialty courses can be reconstructed in accordance with the linkages of professional abilities of various posts.
